To send in email: Open the file in what ever program you use to read it.
Highlight the text and then click on copy under the edit menu--go to your
email program and address the email to the list. click on paste in the body
of the email.

Or if you have windows--

Open the file, highlight the text and press ctrl-letter C together.

Open your email address the email and press ctrl-letter V together.
