1) Not mentioned, but then absolutely NONE of the Potentials have been
given the benefits of a surname. (Potential Role Call! Annabel, Molly,
Kennedy, Rona, Chloe, Vi, Eve, Amanda, Chao Ahn, and Caridad. Ten
girls, and not a last name among them.)

2) Pretty much gone. Gouged right out. A nice open space, suitable for
glass eyes, magically regrown eyes, or that soul that Spike never took
the cellophane off of...
