I know that this is going to sound totally stupid but
I have to ask anyway. I haven't been paying too much
attention but I did see something about this blackout.
Anyway. I just wanted to ask what exactly the blackout
was and what's going to happen and all that other
stuff. I tried looking for info but work has kept me
away from my computer. Can someone answer please.
