Anyone remember the old Marvel Comic "What If?" The book basically took
famous moments in old Marvel Comics and showed us what might have happened if
they played differently. Like, "What if Spider-Man's Aunt May had died
instead of Uncle Ben?" or "What if Wolverine joined SHIELD instead of the
X-Men?" or "What if the Avengers first fought Galactus instead of the
Fantastic Four?"
That's the tone I'm going for in this story. How Willow's efforts to change
things will have ripple effects, changing things that no one could have
forseen, and not necessarily for the better. Hopefully I'll blindside you
with some of the changes I have in store for you. Some you may love, some I
guarantee you'll hate, but hopefully they'll make sense in the context of the
story.
Peace, out,
Kirayoshi
