Depends on your definition of 'long' (Mine is based on word
count. Anything under 20,000 words is short, 100,000+ words is
long :-).) Right now this looks like it'll be 20K - 30K words 
in approximately 15-20 parts. But that could change... depending
upon how well the later (currently unwritten) B/W parts of the
story work out.

I mentioned that briefly in an author's note... or so I thought.

But to be more explicit, I have 1st drafts of Parts 2 thru 5
already written and they should all be posted here as I finish
revising them (It'll probably take me two weeks if life doesn't
intrude.). 

And THEN... my posting speed will catch up to my writing speed
and it'll be 3-4 weeks between parts depending upon how well I
can juggle writing this fic with 2 other fics I've been working
on. That might be  bit ambitious... so it might be longer.
