Gosh...I'm just...................................

Okay, calm now...You know,i just knew things were going to 
get bad when people started turning the "how did it start" 
question into something else, but i can't really say i knew 
that the end result would be B/W bashing...
I'm just ... i'm just having a really hard time trying to 
follow the pattern here...I mean, i may be wrong, but weren't 
you or Rainne, i'm not really sure who, the ones complaining 
when some people said G/B was icky...Something about not 
wanting to see the ship you like  getting bashed and all 
that...Then came the "sister argument"( that i, quite 
frankly,think is bull or better applied to B/F , but it's 
just me)...You said OTHER people said, i know you said you 
HATE to disagree , but its not what it seems...Now you go 
one step further....I dunno...I guess Ida really has a point 
with the why you're here thing...I mean, i know most of the 
people here are around because they're Buffy babes and they 
would look together and stuff, and i respect that, but to 
come to a couple list ( and yeah, this isn't a buffy babes 
list, a femslash list or anything like that, this is a 
BUFFY/WILLOW list)  and just try to talk them down is 
just....I know about free speech and all, but respect should 
still rule shouldn't it?...How would it seem to you if I went 
to a B/G list and started saying things about the ship, like 
it was incest, or that Buffy wasn't all that close to him 
either during season 7 ( if i remember the whole Giles tries 
to kill Spike and Buffy shows him on whose side she is on 
episode right)...People got upset reading things like that on 
a B/W list, imagine on a B/G ones....
You know what is great about the Buffy show ? The chance it 
gives you to imagine the possibilities, to see further than 
anyone and the fact that anything can happen. Take Buffy for 
an example, she only dated for real 3 people on the show , 
but you can still find arguments to pair her up with almost 
anybody...Heck, her last romance came from that, from a 
possibility ...Why wouldn't B/W be  a possibility too ? To 
you they're just locker budies, people that work together, to 
others here they're more...Quite frankly, i don't see work 
budies doing the things they did for each other, going to 
extremes like they did...Every friendship , no matter how 
strong, pass through somehard times.People grow up, they grow 
apart, sometimes they can recover what they had or even reach 
a better stage and sometimes time makes all the difference, 
but none of that erases the past.Sometimes people are 
separeted by distance, others by barries they build, and only 
time can tell if they will reunite again or if the memories 
will be taking over...Its what happens in real life, why 
wouldnt it be like that on a tv show ? 

Quite frankly i dont want to argue, nowadays i tend to keep 
to myself, but this time i had to speak up, not only as a 
moderator ( and yeah, the hello, this is still a B/W list 
IS a moderator note ) but also as a real B/W fan.... Yeah, 
B/W may be acidental, who knows ? And you really think that 
season 2 S/B chemistry was planned or that B/F was there in 
their thoughts all along , and it wasnt just something they 
said to attract the community...
If you think im being harsh or anything , im sorry, its 
not really my intent, but you have to try to look at it from 
our point of view...Im not saying you dont have the right 
to criticize this ship, but im asking you to consider if 
this is the best place to do so....
I really would like to put an end to the subject with this 
post ( of course, the original , B/W related discussion 
should go on) . Im open to talk to you offlist whenever 
youd like .
Well, that was it...Im back to super extreme lurker mode....
