What a joke. Bush only stimulates terrorism. He's terrorism's best 
public relations ever. And Buffy a hunter? No, Buffy always waits 
until the enemy strikes first. You can hardly kill everything evil in 
the whole world alone, can you? Besides, you first need proof that 
someone is evil, before you can judge it.

What you are suggesting is like this. Buffy stabs Willow in the back 
before the redhead gets the chance to get evil. Not reading her face 
on which 'I might be redeemable' is written (like with Anyanka). 
Neither was Buffy waiting with a knife when Willow came back from 
England to stab her in the back.
