The Body in season.. 5 (i think o.o; Oh man..) was pretty good developement for all of them. The Gift was insanely good as to Buffy. Huge stuff there.

Hmmm...tricky, tricky.

 

Well i particularly like Prophecy Girl S1 finale...it shows the human side to Buffy, her weakness about not wanting to die, also the fact that it was Willow that made her realise she had to do her duty (She saved the world for Willow, very cute and kinda shippy!)

 

Primeval s4 is also good for Wiffy shippyness as it has the makeup absailing down the elevator shaft thing! lol

 

Also Something Blue from s4 focuses alot on Willow's character, the sweetness, the grumpiness, the babbling and witchy stuff all rolled into one...i love that one!

 

If i think of anymore i'll post 'em (Haven't got time to watch all 7 seasons tho!! hehe)
