Willow wakes up to find a crying Buffy.
"Whats wrong?"
"I showered and when I went to brush my hair, I wasn't in the mirror." said her sobbing
wife. "It's real. I Am A Vampire."
"True, but you are also my beloved wife." was the reassuring response. "If it hadn't
happened we might never have gotten together. We were both afraid to say what we felt."
"True." Smiles Buffy. "Kiss me My Love."
They kiss which is followed by intense lovemaking.
They hear someone knocking at the door.
"What moron is knocking at this time... oh its noon." says a startled Buffy looking at a
clock.
Willow answers the door to find Xander standing there holding a bag.
"Hi Xander, come on in." invites the red haired woman. "Whats in the bag?"
"Vampire munchies. I figured the Buffster might be hungry."
"I am." she says walking over. "Watcha got?"
"Beef blood, straight from the cow." he replies handing her the bag. "Willy knows someone
who actually keeps a couple cows for vampire gourmets."
Buffy opens the container, takes a deep swallow and spits it back. "What is this stuff, it
tastes like swiss cheese." She looks at them. "I despise swiss cheese."
Willow looked at the blood. "It looks like what you had before the wedding. There was no
trouble with that."
"I watched them take it out of the cow myself." says Xander. "I wanted to be sure it was
fresh."
The two women look at each other and call Giles.

"Well, we know you can't take cow,pig,sheep,rabbit or even human blood." Giles having
brought samples of each. "Just how hungry are you Buffy?"
"Not too hungry. About like I skipped breakfast, which I did."
"I have some research to do. Don't worry Buffy, we will find a solution."
"I have a wedding present for you." he continues handing them an envelope. They find a
giftcertificate from Crown Jewelers. "Brides should have rings."

"May I be of assistance?", the clerk at Crown Jewelers asks as they walk in.
"Yes, we need two gold wedding bands." responds Willow.
"What are the ring sizes, please?"
"Can you measure our fingers here?" this from Buffy.
"Oh? A double ceremony. How nice." the clerk beams. "This tray should have what you need."
They make their selection.
Buffy puts one ring on Willows finger, Willow puts the other on Buffys. The clerk has a
confused look on his face until they kiss.
"I take it that its not a double ceremony then?"
"Nope, just us." explains Buffy. "There was no time to go shopping last night."
Buffy gives the gift certificate to him. He reads it and says "This doesn't quite cover
the price. Oh hell, I own the store. You do make a lovely couple." He rings up the cash
register 'paid in full'.
"Besides, you saved me from vampires last year."
The two women thank him and leave admiring their new rings.

Later that night on patrol Buffy is fighting a vampire. She slams him up against a
mausoleum wall, then bites him on the neck.
"Nope, thats not it." she says spitting. "You must have had real bad taste when you were
alive, because you taste real bad now."
The surprised vampire stands there for a second. "You Bit me. You're the slayer. Slayers
don't bite vampires. Vampires bite slayers."
"Vampires try to bite the slayer." she smirks. "Then they get dusted." She dusts him.

Later she and Willow are in bed having 'smoochies'. Buffy gets carried away a little and
scratches Willow with her fangs. She licks the scratch.
"Uhm, Willow, you taste.....marvelous." Buffy says with a worried look. "Did you find any
thing about my problem."
"No we didn't." responds Willow. "How hungry are you?"
"I haven't eaten all day hungry. Oh yeah, you can add vampire blood to the list."
"How did it taste?" Willow asks curiously.
"Well on a scale of 1 to 10, you being 10, it was a 1. It was the worst thing I have ever
tasted."

The next night no answer has been found, and Buffy is learning that vampires don't have
much in the way of reserves, she is HUNGRY. Not starving yet,but she is having trouble
keeping her human face.
"Buffy."
"Yes, Willow?"
"Last night, you said I tasted good?"
"Yeah, the only blood that has tasted good." Buffy gives her wife a hard look. "Why?"
"Well if I taste good then maybe I am supposed to...."
"No! You are not a food supply!" Her stomach rumbles. Loudly. "Well maybe just a little."
"Be careful." Willow bares her neck to her wife. "I love you with all my heart."
"What if I can't stop?" says a slightly panicked vampire. "I could kill you."
"That is why we try tonight. While you aren't too weak and can still control yourself."
"Okay, but if I lose control......", Hands Willow a stake. "You know what to do."
Buffy kisses Willow on the neck, which turns to nibbling, finally she vamps out and
carefully bites her. Willow moans and Buffy stops.
"Are you okay?"
"Buffy, that felt sooo good." Willow gives a sexy grin. "It turned me on. Did you get
enough?"
"Enough for a while." says Buffy. "And you taste sooo good."
"Then kiss me you fool."

The next day Giles comes knocking on their door.
"I found the solution. The only blood you can drink is Willows." says the former watcher.
"Before you panic, you cannot hurt her. The ceremony changed you both. She now eats for
both of you. And with her new regenerative powers you cannot possibly drink her dry."
"That would explain why the bite healed so fast last night." confirmed Willow.
"Yes, quite. The reference also states that the bite should lead to, ah, how should I put
this?" Giles is turning red. "Enhanced Libido."
"You mean it turns us on?" grins Buffy. "We found that out last night. Lotsa whoopy."
"Does it say what happens if one of them dies?" asks Willow.
"The last entry was from the vampire. Her husband had been murdered and she was sitting
with his body waiting for the sun to rise." She was also a slayer and he was her watcher,
which is how the watchers know about this. They were married for 300 years."
"Lets try to break that record." says a grinning Buffy.
"A slayer?" asks Willow.
"Yes, it seems only a slayer has the strength of will required to remember her true love."

That night a well fed Buffy lies wrapped around a very happy red head.
