After dinner and spending a little time with Xander and Giles, Willow took me upstairs, and of course Faith was making whip noises amusing anyone who was listening. In retaliation, I gave her the finger again. I know Faith is just playing with me, but I can't lose face with the other slayers.
I pin Willow up against the door when we enter our room. I start to unbutton her shirt, but she stops me and tells me she will make it up to me after our appointment. She lets me finish taking off her clothes with a little bit of grabby hands. I almost cried when she kissed my belly 'helping' me with my pajamas. Sleeping has been getting a little tougher lately, but ever since I started using my Willow pillow, I have slept like a baby.

I wake up to Willow running her fingers through my hair. I open my eyes and look into the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen. I wrap my fingers around the back of her neck and bring her head down to give her a good morning kiss, but it is interupted by a knock at the door.
"Buffy, Willow, time to get up," Dawn announced through the door. Willow helped me get out of bed. My center is a little off seeing that my middle is bigger now.
After getting dressed, we headed downstairs, and I saw that Dawn and Dana were kissing on the couch. I smiled at Willow before deciding what to say.
"Dawn, a friend of mine once told me that her friend choked on her girlfriend's tongue," I said giggling before Dawn glared at me, but Dana thought it was funny so points for me.
"Hey B, your chariot awaits," Faith announced as I noticed that we are going with her and Robin. Well, this should be a fun breakfast after the appointment.

Willow was rubbing the back of my hand to calm me down while we waited for the doctor. The doctor finally comes and gets us to take us to the room with the ultrasound. I shiver when she squirts that cold gel on my belly. The doctor pointed out one baby and showed us the other one. I looked over at Willow realizing that I'm having twins. She gives me a kiss as the doctor shows us that I'm having a boy and a girl. She hands me a towel to wipe off my belly before handing me the pictures of the babies.
We head over to the coffee shop that we were meeting Robin and Faith. She tapped Robin on the shoulder when she caught sight of me. The waiter took our order before I told them our good news. Faith came over and gave me the biggest hug. I looked over at Robin who was smiling. I'm glad Faith finally found someone too. I can't wait to share my news with Dawn.
