I'm so happy that it's finally over." Willow was sitting on the edge of her bed. It was the first time since the ordeal had started in the Commons that she had been able to be alone with Buffy.

"And I," Buffy said brushing her hair off her forehead. Willow thought Buffy looked especially beautiful as the Slayer sat in the middle of the bed with her shoes off. Buffy, as was her manner, had very little make up on. Just a dash of lipstick, light pink, a touch of rouge on her cheek bones and only smidgen of eye liner. Buffy's healthy complexion didn't necessitate the need for a lot of make up. She had on a gray panel skirt that was tucked between her legs. The white sleeveless blouse was opened at the top down to the third button. Willow could see the white bra peeking out. Why does that make me always want to undo the other buttons and rip her blouse off, Willow wondered? Even when it would prove to be embarrassing?

"Except for Sasha's trial," Buffy added. "We'll have to testify I suppose."

Willow flashed a pair of crossed fingers at Buffy. "Maybe she'll plea bargain. I can't see her reveiling her witchcraft skills to the public. The police seemed to think it was freak storm that demolished the house. I don't think Sasha would get much mileage out the fact I was responsible. Who would believe her after all?"

"I suppose no one. I hear she's still in the county jail prison infirmary. She was lucky it was only concussion she received." Buffy said. Then, "You don't feel responsible for her grandmother still do you?"

"Kinda," Willow admitted. "I think what I did caused her heart attack. The truth is that I'd trade her life any day for yours. Sasha would have killed you."

"Without question." Buffy knew Willow wasn't a violent person and even if she had every moral right, that night, to act as she did, she was still feeling guilty about causing the old woman's heart attack and Sasha's serious injury.

Buffy reached and took Willow's hand and gave it an affectionate squeeze. Willow smiled weakly as she spun around to face Buffy directly.

Buffy thought how much she loved the red haired girl sitting before her despite everything that had happened. She looked so young at the moment as Willow swung her own legs up onto the bed, holding the hem of her blue scooter with her finger tips. The brightness of her tank top, a dazzling silver top with thin straps that failed to cover the straps of her flesh colored bra, was in contrast to Willow's gloomy mood.

After Willow arranged her position so she was sitting hip to thigh with Buffy but like a love seat, facing the other direction.

She looked Buffy square in the face, a sad forlorn expression crossed her face. Willow had fooled herself into thinking the pain had gone away. It hadn't. She concentrated on the bottom button of Buffy's blouse for a quiet moment. Then she took it between her thumb and index finger rolling it over and over as she was lost in thought.

Buffy watched Willow quietly. She knew Willow was still upset but she didn't know the words that would make that go away.

"What's the matter, Will? Nothing is your fault." Buffy whispered. "You were magnificent that night. Quit beating yourself up."

"I know, Buff. That's no what's bothering me." Willow turned her head toward the wall.
Buffy wouldn't allow her to do that so she turned Willow's head with her hand so they were was facing each other again. Buffy saw the tears in Willow's eyes and it tore her heart out. She kissed Willow tenderly on the mouth.

"Tell me what's wrong, Will. I can't stand seeing you sad. How can I make it go away?" Buffy felt like crying herself.

"Oh Buffy. Please tell me you forgive me. I made just a friggin fool of myself. I so wish I hadn't been.....that way."

Buffy took Willow into her arms and held her tight. "There's no need to forgive you of anything my love."

"I almost ruined us," Willow was sobbing now. "I shouldn't have believed that you made love to Angela. But I did. Then.... I don't now but ...... it hurt so much to think about you with her. Just seeing you at school destroyed me. I loved you so much that even my love for you tore my guts to shred. I wanted to die."

Buffy held Willow until she stopped sobbing. "We were both hurting Willow. Just remember one thing. Never. Never keep me out of your life. If only we had talked I could have explained the........"

"I know. I was such a brainless idiot. Forgive me Buff." Willow was begging, pleading.

Buffy pushed Willow away so they were face to face. "If the words are what it takes to make the hurt go away then here they are, I forgive you. But Willow, not for a moment did I think you didn't love me. Not for a second. I would have pursued you until you came back to me. I would never have given up on us."

"Like I did?"

"Stop that." Buffy said sternly. "Do you love me, Willow? Say it."

"I love you with all my soul. I love you. I love you."

"That's settled now. Do you feel better?" Buffy said taking Willow to her and the kiss that was shared was electric.

It was soft at first. Two yearning lips meeting, barely more than brushing, then passion slid into the kiss as Willow's tongue slid into Buffy's mouth where it buried against the depth of the Slayer's mouth. Without breaking Willow sank over backwards pulling Buffy's body down on top of her. Buffy's tongue danced with Willow's their mouth open and wet. The redhead wiggled until she was fully under Buffy's, their middles locked as closely as the kiss.

After a while Buffy slid off Willow and tugged the at the tank top. "Why don't you take this off in case I get fresh?"

Willow brightened up as she allowed her top to be removed. "And you better get fresh."

"What a pretty bra." Buffy ran her hand across Willow's shoulders and down between her breasts. "Oh. A front hook bra. How convenient."

Willow had to giggle. "I was hoping.......ya know. And I wanted to make it as easy as possible."

"Are you sure they're not too small?" Willow asked as Buffy's hand crawled under the cup of the bra covering Willow's left breast.

"Wellllllll, let's see. Maybe a tad but let me check again." Buffy withdrew her hand and deftly unhooked the clasp of the bra. It fell to each side baring the Wiccan's brown nipples. Buffy kissed between them into Willow's modest cleavage. She ran her tongue first over the left nipple briefly pausing to draw it between her lips. Then she ran her tongue slowly over to the right one as Willow closed her eyes and moaned at the pleasure it gave her. Buffy took that one fully into her mouth sucking, nibbling then again sucking it deeply. As she did she moved a hand down to Willow's knee and her finger tips caressed the red heads inner thigh.

Buffy pulled her mouth off the breast and sat up. "Actually it's quite the perfect size. So don't be concerned."

Willow ran her finger across Buffy's lips. All the pain was gone now she realized. Because of you, Buffy, Willow said to herself. And I want you. My body wants you. My heart is yours forever and ever. I want to bring you happiness. My body wants to give you pleasure. Take me and let me take you.

"Is it hot in here? I think, Buffy, you're over dressed for the occasion." Willow attacked the buttons of Buffy's blouse and tore it off with a flourish. As Buffy continued the caressing of Willow's leg the Wiccan curled her hand to the back of Buffy's neck. She pulled the Slayer's mouth onto her own. The kiss was boiling; so hot it that it unleashed all the passion that had been welling inside them. When they parted they were gasping, their faces flush with desire, their bodies demanding fulfillment, their senses reeling.

Buffy kissed Willow under the ear. "Do you remember the first time, Will? We were so clumsy."

"Oh yes. I was so scared. Scared I wouldn't measure up and you'd not be ........happy. And right off I couldn't get your bra unhooked. Gad!!!" As she spoke she reached around and unhooked Buffy's bra. "No longer a problem."

"So it seems," Buffy again found Willow's mouth with her own kissing her deeply. Their tongues rubbed, flicked and pushed against each other, first on the inside and then on the outside. Willow's mouth captured Buffy's tongue and slid up, then down, then up in a rhythmic motion in time with their pressing hips.

And time disappeared. Their was just them, together, as one.

As it should be.

THE END

EPILOGUE:

At the same moment a combination of a drugged guard, a glassyeyed nurse with a missing uniform and lovely girl gliding off into the night were unknown to the Slayer and the Wiccan. At the moment it didn't matter.
