Thought I'd add my opinion. Firstly Erin, I thought the fic was excellent.

Thank'ee. :)

Now, as to 'coming out' in Buffy and Willow's case. I don't think it
would be that big of a deal. I think the only ones who would have
trouble with it would be Xander, at first, and Joyce. But the world
population at large, why should they care about that? The world never
cared about them before. No loss. Besides if a college hangs a large
'Lesbian Alliance' banner in it's lounge, it seems pretty open to me.

Most people in the college are probably pretty cool, and either
accepting or ignoring. Unfortunately, the small percentage which
really has a problem with it tends to really make itself noticed.
Also, there are some people who have the disturbing tendency to notice
and object to the existence of MOTSS relationships simply for their
own sake. These people, even though they couldn't have cared less
about Buffy and Willow dating guys previously, would find a reason to
object to a SS relationship.

I think that you're right about Joyce needing some time to deal.

Now, I don't know what 'coming out' is like for the real(though I'd
imagine it's difficult), reality-type people, but in Two Of a Kind I
tried dealing with it the best way I knew how.

One reason I really like that story is the contrast between how the
different parents deal with it. It seemed very realistic.
