translations of fics

I have a question about the fics to all writers :

Can I make a translation of some fics in french ? Because some are so great
that I want to read them in french
(sorry, it's my first language even I read english well).
I write this in order to prevent the rights of the original writers. I
don't want to use
E-mail me privately if you want or not a translation at
