The phrase "not driving stick anymore" is a crude analogy of Wills apparent new sexual preference, as it is being compared to her preference of vehicle to drive. (a manual vs automatic transmission). 

The comment makes more sense in the context that some people refer to a certain part of the male anatomy as the "stick" ie' a "stick shift" manual transmission.


Basically, a Faith-y way of saying that Wills is leaning towards a FF gay relationship.
