Okay, I've been reading all the answers you've gotten over your innocent
questions I guess you opened a whole can of worms huh?
Well as a one time prisoner not a lawyer, I read the transcript of that
ep and going just by what was there Buffy probably would have been
convicted of 2nd degree murder if it went to trial an more than likely
gotten sentenced to 25 to life and with good behavior and prison over
crowding she would have gotten out in less than 15.
