Everything I Ever Wanted

A/N: This is a shout out to Anon, who wanted to see more Ken and Faith...I'd say happy birthday to you but it really is mine, so that doesn't work, I guess. How about a very, merry unbirthday instead? LOL.

"Do you think the rain is ever going to let up?" Buffy snuggled into her still panting lover, and relished in the warmth emanating between their bodies. Their passion, and lack of restraint had assured another pleasurable experience but they still felt guilty because of the two women across the hall. Knowing that both were still in love with the redhead, they tried to keep the noise down somewhat...even though it was difficult, and they lost all sense of vocal restraint around the fifth round. It seemed like they were worse than Xander and Anya the past few days...but it was well worth it. There was no complaining whatsoever from either end.

"I'm not sure. I didn't think to check the weather before we headed here." Willow rolled over to face Buffy, finally catching her breath, finding use of her now sore voice, indicating that she indeed must have been screaming, something she really hadn't done before Buffy other than with Fred. Making love to Tara was always gentle, and overly passionate but there was never that need to scream out in ecstasy. The beauty of it was more than enough, and the redhead was more than sated every time they found themselves in each other's arms. With Fred, it was fire, passion, and overall lust, which came from the thralls of first love. The lack of intimacy in the other situations, even with Kennedy, had never managed to have the girl scream. With Buffy, much like Fred, she found herself unable to control the urge for vocalizing her pleasure. It was like her wife knew every nook and cranny that would turn the woman's senses into overdrive, and shut down her tact and respect for others. The two had tried...honestly tried...but with hormones super charged the past few days, neither could keep their need to touch the other constantly at bay. 'Poor Faith and Ken...I hope we weren't too loud...even though from the soreness in my throat, I can tell that I was quite the vocal lady...'

"What do you want for breakfast?" Buffy wrapped her right arm around Willow's waist, and pulled the redhead closer for a better snuggle position.

"Let's see when we get there. Okay? I'm not entirely sure that we'll even be able to get up for breakfast. We've been going at it like rabbits..."

"We'll have to tell Anya that..."

"Yeah...I'm sure she'll take to it." The two giggled, knowing the running joke about Anya's bunny fear was a ridiculous one but plausible to some degree. "I was thinking about buying her 'Monty Python and the Search for the Holy Grail' for her birthday. Do you think she'll like that?"

"Actually, Xander hides his copy in his study. He was explaining that when he showed her the movie for the first time, they had a huge fight because of the killer bunny scene."

"I remember that. They didn't talk for a whole week. I thought both of them were going to explode from frustration." Again, the two girls giggled. They just couldn't help it, and finally they managed to fall back asleep. After falling asleep earlier, it wasn't two hours before Willow was seducing Buffy into a wakeful position, which didn't take the blonde long to respond, since her dreams were revolving around that very situation. Finding themselves in another few hours of lovemaking, the two girls felt spent for the night, and wanted to try getting some sleep, despite the heavy storm that surrounded the cabin. It seemed that they would be sharing their honeymoon after all.

When they finally crawled out of bed around noon, the storm was still raging outside, and they dragged their groggy forms into the living area, where they found two sweats clad brunettes nursing steaming cups of coffee; it seemed that they had just woken as well. Buffy and Willow yawned as they poured themselves some coffee, and shuffled their socked feet over to greet good afternoons to their cabin partners. Sitting down on the floor by the coffee table, the two newlyweds looked up to the half cuddled couple on the couch.

"Good afternoon." Buffy tried to convey her apologies for their late night and early morning activities, and received nods and shrugs in return, for which she and Willow were grateful.

"Hey...I braved the rain earlier, and pulled our bags and stuff into the cabin. Kennedy checked the radio, and the storm's supposed to be here another few days, so it looks like you're stuck with us. Sorry guys...we didn't mean to spoil your honeymoon." Faith tried to stay cool, even though her mind was reeling with thoughts of those screams of ecstasy, and especially the images of naked Willow. It was still early in her relationship with Kennedy, so she wasn't sure where that was going yet, but she knew that she had it bad for the redhead. The worst part of her relationship was that her lover had it bad for the girl, too...even after three years.

When they heard the second round coming from across the hall, neither brunette could take it, and found themselves on the bottom bunk, clinging to the other needily. The newlyweds weren't the only ones in the throes of passion that night; the younger couple had just managed to keep it a little quieter, even though they understood completely the need for the other lovers to scream their pleasure. Whenever Willow or Buffy would grow a little louder than usual, it only egged the two on, and their need was just as strong. It was the driving force of their passion that night, and when they were awoken from the early morning play, they found their naked forms clinging to each other again and again and again. With the love and passion filling the cabin from the two newlyweds, it was hard not to get caught in the thrall.

Finding out that they would be stuck there, it was a bummer...but only to some degree. They wanted to give the newlyweds their privacy but they had to admit that it was really, REALLY hott the way they screamed for each other. Faith and Kennedy found themselves already growing closer, especially as they settled into a morning routine, something that neither had managed, mostly due to the fact that neither had actually spent the entire night together yet. Faith would always leave once they were finished having sex, and Kennedy was confused but understood the reasons. It was still early in the relationship, and the older brunette was still trying to get over her strong love for Willow...something she definitely understood. She also knew that Faith wasn't reverting to her want, take, have philosophy but rather trying to segue her way into a serious relationship, something the younger brunette was happy about more than even she could comprehend. It'd been a long time since she'd felt those feelings. It was ironic that the first full night they spent together would be under the same roof of the person both of them were still in love with, and it didn't bother them as much as they thought.

Finding the coffee, and the maker, they went about sitting in front of the darkened living area, and cuddling on the couch, just chatting...no awkward morning afters, which both were more than grateful, especially Faith, since it was her first morning after ever. As they were talking, they heard the two stumbling in the hallway, and weren't the least bit surprised to find them awake a little after noon. It was definitely a tiring night.

"No problems. I would rather you two be safe than anything." Looking over at her pouting wife, Willow backtracked. "Okay...maybe not anything...but I still want you to be safe, so you are staying until the storm settles. It's getting kind of chilly, so I'm going to pull out some extra blankets, and light a fire, if that's not a problem. If so, just tell me. I know neither of you have been here, and I'm sorry that I can't show you all of it...the cabin and lake really is beautiful in the spring."

"It's cool. Just point me in the right direction, and I'll fetch the blankets, while you start the fire." Kennedy hopped from the couch, and Buffy showed her down the hallway, while Willow and Faith went about starting the fire.

"So, you and Ken seem to be cozy." Willow eyed Faith warily, knowing the situation from her friend's commentaries. She didn't want to strike a nerve, and scare the girl because the two brunettes were cute together.

"Yeah...we're five by five." Faith handed Will the poker, and they went about setting a decent fire into play.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Shoot."

"Um...well...do you love her?" Willow noticed Faith was silent, and when she saw the brunette's eyes narrow, she was startled to see that they weren't in anger but rather thought.

"I'm not sure. I'm new to this, ya know? I mean...there was never any doubt that I loved you, and now that I actually am in my first real relationship, I don't wanna fuck it up. I think I put more focus on that than my actual feelings. You know I hate talking about my feelings but it's truly scary, Willow. I mean, here I am...in my first real relationship...with a girl that I honestly like, and wouldn't mind seeing more of, and I'm afraid I'm gonna fuck it up. How do you do it?" Faith was vulnerable, which was something she never allowed around anybody except for Willow, something that still surprised her to this day. She always saw vulnerability as a weakness but knew that Willow would never see her that way, and that was purely comfortable, something that still surprised her...she had found comfort in another human being.

"Well, Faith. I just don't think about it too much. If I do, then I know that I will mess up somehow. Trying not to...that's usually how I do. You said that you honestly like her...that shows right there that you're letting your feelings in, and to be honest...I see the way you look at her, and it reminds me of the way Buffy looks at me. I couldn't tell you if it's love...but there is something there between you. That much is obvious. The fact that you're trying not to, um, mess things up shows that you honestly care, and want things to work out...that makes you a good girlfriend. Just don't try so hard. Focus more on the moment...not so much trying not to mess things up...if you trust her, then let your feelings guide you. They'll tell you what you need to know." Willow poked at the fire, and let her words sink in, and when she noticed Faith smiling genuinely at her, their lovers entered back into the living area, and the brunette stood up to wrap her startled girlfriend into a loving embrace before pulling her back into their room for a serious chat. Buffy was confused but Willow just smiled at the couple as they retreated.

"What was that all about?" Buffy sat on the couch, and when the fire was finally settled, Willow joined her.
"Some stuff that they need to work out...that's all. So...what about that lunch? I believe that there was a very brief conversation regarding food this morning?" Willow kissed Buffy tenderly, and couldn't help but wrap her arms and body around her blonde lover.

"Well...I was going to eat you for lunch but seeing as how we have guests now, I'm thinking that won't be allowed." Buffy's sly grin and comment received a playful arm slap from a beet red Willow.

"Buffy! What if they heard you?"

"No fear, my Wills...for we have bread and sandwich stuff to hold me over until dessert tonight. I was thinking strawberries and whipped cream. What do you think?" Buffy couldn't keep the playful tone, and the sexual leer from her voice, and Willow audibly gulped at the implication and innuendoes that were being thrown into that comment.

"Um...well...that is...um..."

"Willow Rosenberg is speechless? I believe we have a first ladies and gentleman." Buffy kissed her gaping girlfriend, and managed to lay their bodies down together on the couch, as she ran her fingers in Willow's hair with one hand, and found her way under the UC Sunnydale sweatshirt with the other, finding that the redhead had neglected to put a bra on for lunch. It was a delightful surprise, and from the gasp and moan that came from her lover, Willow hadn't regretted the decision, either.

"Faith...what's wrong? What happened?" Kennedy went about searching Faith's eyes for any sign of the sudden retreat but found nothing there. She wasn't sure about all of the woman's facial expressions yet because they hadn't been together long enough. Plus, Faith played her defenses carefully, and Ken had a feeling that it'd be a while before she broke through them.

"It's nothin'...can we sit down?" Faith fidgeted her hands against her sweatpants, and both girls sat on the bottom bunk.

"Okay...now, mind telling me what's going on? I know your 'fuck me' face, and this isn't it...so it's obviously not because you want some." Kennedy raised an eyebrow, daring the brunette to reveal all to her. She was surprised when all Faith did was grab her hands, and run her thumbs across them gently in a caress, which was another thing she couldn't believe because Faith was never gentle.

"Ken...look, I don't mean to freak ya out here...but it's just that...well, last night was my first time, and I needed you to know that." Faith wouldn't meet her girlfriend's eyes, afraid of the rejection she'd find there. Kennedy just looked at her like she'd lost a gasket.

"Um...Faith...I hardly believe that...because we've been..."

"No...I mean...I mean the first time I've ever made love to anybody. It's always been about sex...get some and get lost. With you, I never got lost...I kept comin' back but it was a lot about sex. I don't know what happened...I guess it was the weather pushin' me there, forcin' me into it by trappin' us in the cabin with the lust bunnies out there..." Faith moved their hands together in emphasis, willing Kennedy not to ask too many questions because she really didn't have the answers at that moment.

"That's an understatement," Kennedy scoffed with a slight chuckle at how the previous night had been. The two newlyweds were constantly touching the other, and it seemed hard for them to part ways...even to go to the bathroom.

"Yeah...um...what I'm tryin' to say here is that I don't know if this is love, or what...I can't tell because I'm too focused on not tryin' to fuck it up. It's the first real relationship I've ever been in, and I don't have a clue what I'm doin'."

"And what brought all of this out all of a sudden? You've never opened up to me like that before...hell, you've never really talked about emotions or relationships at all, except regarding Willow, and that always went both ways." Kennedy searched Faith's face for something, anything...she just needed to know what was going on in her girlfriend's mind. One minute she leaves to get blankets, and the next minute she returns to a warm embrace...a rarity in their relationship.

"Will and I were talkin' while you were gettin' blankets, and she made me see some things...helped me out sorta. Like I said, I don't know if this is love but I'm willin' to give it a real shot...that is, if you are. Don't leave me hangin' here because I don't think I could handle it..." For the first time in the conversation, Faith looked up into Kennedy's eyes, and what the younger brunette saw astounded her. Faith was baring her heart, letting her see a side to her that was obviously never shown to anybody except in private, and only those she trusted. She was awestruck, and never expected this tough, dark woman before her to ever open up to her like she just did. The vulnerability in her deep brown eyes told Kennedy that she needed to find her voice, and fast. When it never came, she settled for the speechless reassurance, and leant forward to brush her lips firmly against her girlfriend's, opening her mouth slightly, and pouring her own heart into her lover.

"Faith...thank you." They rested their foreheads together, as their breathing started to become labored from the intense kiss.

"What for?" Faith's voice cracked, and she felt weak...but in the privacy of their vacation bedroom, she was surprised to find that there was another human being she connected to comfortably enough to allow this.

"For this...for everything...for being you. I don't know...name it. I'm proud to be your first...your first real girlfriend, your first lovemaking experience...and I'm more than prepared to be more of those firsts for you. Right now, you just let me see a side of you that I'm guessing not many people ever have..."

"Just Wills, and you now..." Faith looked up from her head's resting position, and saw the sincerity that was coming from Ken's expression, and she felt loved back...truly loved back. It was a mutual deal, and the heartbreak that came from her only experience with love was starting to give love a new name to her: happiness.

"Yeah...and Faith. I don't know if this is love, either. My experience with it, just like yours...revolved around pain. Heartache, thy name is Willow." The two shared a light chuckle, not being able to hate the redhead, no matter how much heartache she cast. 'Damn the fact that she's so loveable.' "I am willing to give it a shot, though. If you trust me enough, we'll get through it together. I won't let you fuck up if I can help it. Okay?"

"Yeah...okay."

"Good." Kennedy wrapped her arms around Faith, and pulled her closer. "Now, come here." She pressed their lips firmly together again, sealing the deal that they were officially a serious couple. It was for real, and for the first time (no matter how different their scenarios were), both girls thanked the redhead for breaking their hearts.
