Hey, Baby

[reviews]

A/N: This story just keeps going and going and going...lol.

----------------

Buffy waddled down the stairs, her tshirt bulging at the stomach. Taking one step at a time, she finally reached the bottom, and noticed her wife watching her with a raised eyebrow. Waddling her way into the living room, she plopped down next to the redhead on the couch, stretching her back to relieve the tension there. Willow just kept watching her with an amused expression, no longer paying attention to her paperwork.

"Um, Buff..." Willow tried not to smirk because it really was amazing that they'd decided to have a baby together.

"Yes?" The blonde sighed, and propped her feet up on the table beside all of Willow's papers.

"You do know that you're not pregnant yet, right?" She couldn't help but grin lightly at the playfulness of her wife. Sometimes, one never knew what to think of Buffy Summers.

"I know that. I'm practicing." Buffy's matter-of-fact tone lost some of its seriousness when Willow noticed the mischievous smirk plastered on her face.

"What are you up to now, Summers?" The redhead laid down her paperwork on the table, and positioned herself more towards her wife on the couch, relaxing for the first time in hours. Work just never ended sometimes but there was always time for her lover.

"Oh...nothing much. Just thought we could do a little practicing for when I am pregnant..." Buffy kept her mischievous grin but her seductive voice had shown itself that time.

"Hmm... and what did you have in mind exactly? Did you want me to get ready for your hormonal mood swings?" That earned Willow a playful slap on the arm, and they both giggled, as Buffy removed the pillow from under her shirt, tossing back on the couch.

"Oh, I was thinking more along the lines of you giving me a massage to release the tension in my body from carrying your baby." Buffy leaned more into her wife, and started rubbing softly up and down her skirtclad thighs.

"Our baby." Willow corrected her with a loving expression, and couldn't help but feel the heat radiating from her lover. It was intoxicating. "I talked to Giles earlier, and he referred us to a place that will mix our DNA together into one egg. It's experimental but if it has a shot of being a part of both of us, then I say yay."

"Wow. They can do that?" Buffy was in awe. She'd never heard of anything like that. Plus, she was happy to see her wife make up with Giles. That had been an interesting evening. Actually, two evenings. The first night, the fiery redhead had hung up on the older Brit, finally releasing all of her anger. Then, she called him back the next night, and apologized for being so mad but that she had every right to be, since she trusted him, and he betrayed that trust. That was two weeks ago, and now things were starting to look up again. They'd found a donor: Willow's almost identical cousin from Arizona. It was uncanny the resemblance, and he had easily agreed to make a trip to California with his family to see his cousin, and her new wife. Since he hadn't been able to make it to the wedding, and Willow had yet to see his twin baby girls, it would be like a family reunion. Her mother had even agreed to visit with them at their house, while William and crew were in Sunnydale. Things were definitely looking up in that column.

"We have an appointment on Monday with the specialist, and we'll find out!" Willow leaned in, and wrapped her wife in a loving embrace, tackling her on the couch, and straddling her hips, and holding her arms above her head. "We're actually doing this."

"Yeah. We are." Buffy bit her lower lip in anticipation of her wife's kiss but it didn't come. Willow was playing with her. The redhead's skirt clad bottom was barely touching her body, and her face was just mere centimeters away, breath heavy on each other's face. "Wills..." The begging tone in Buffy's voice urged her wife forward, and they kissed fiercely for several minutes. The blonde kept trying to contact her pelvis to the redhead's but Willow just kept pulling up, teasing her even more.

"Buffy... tomorrow's Halloween." Willow kept a neutral face, not wanting to give too much of her plans away. Fact was, she had agreed to take Jesse the next day, and they would watch the little tyke, while her parents went on a much needed vacation.

"I know. I'm excited about keeping Jesse for a week. I just finished setting up the crib in our room before I came down here." The two kept their seductive positions, and Buffy was still struggling for hip contact.

"Is that what you were doing? I almost came up there when I heard the hammering. I was just afraid I'd find nothing but holes in the walls." Willow was teasing, remembering the last time Buffy had set up the baby bed, and the many drywall patches that Xander had to fix. At least it gave the girls the chance to repaint the room a different color. Plus, they had a paint fight that ended up being paint-covered sex.

"Hey! There were no holes this time. I'll have you know that I'm a regular Ms. Fix it now." Buffy pouted but her eyes were still saying 'take me, Willow.'

"Yeah, after Xander showed you how to properly use a hammer, and that you shouldn't use wire cutters as pliers." Willow chuckled softly, receiving even more half-hearted struggle to get loose from their positions.

"That was only once, and I didn't mean to cut the telephone wire, just meant to pull it off of its hole in the wall." The pout increased, and Willow couldn't take it any longer, so she leaned down, and kissed Buffy fiercely again. "Mmm..."

"Well, now that you've learned the errors of your ways, why don't I give you a little treat right now?" Willow's sexy voice was in full force, and Buffy's need increased tenfold just by hearing it, added to the twinkling green eyes she always managed to get lost in whenever she looked into them.

"Just make sure it's not a trick..." Buffy gasped, as she felt Willow suck on her lower lip, while at the same time, moving her free hand underneath the blonde's tee. "Okay, not a trick."

"Nope. All treat here..." Willow let go of Buffy's hands, and kissed down her neck, as she started pulling the blonde's sweatpants off. It was late in the evening, around 11, so there should be no distractions.

Buffy groaned at the brief loss of contact but was immediately relieved when she felt Willow pull her underwear and pants down completely, and throwing them across the room. With no time spared, the redhead dived between her wife's legs, wrapping them around her shoulders for better access. For the next forty minutes, Buffy definitely got a big treat.

--------------

"Thanks for hanging tonight, guys! It's been fun." Willow quickly ushered the Harris family, Dawn, Faith, and Kennedy out the door. It was time for a little trick or treating of their own.

"Bye." Buffy waved at the others being pushed out the door, as Willow slammed the door shut quickly, and locked it. Turning around, planting her back on the door, the redhead bit her lower lip in anticipation, and her expression was screaming of the primal kind. "Um, Wills..."

"Yeah. The only sound I expect to be coming from your mouth for the rest of the night is screaming out my name in ecstasy." Willow sauntered over to Buffy, and harshly pulled their bodies together, crashing them against the stairs.

"Wow. Um...Will." Buffy always did like the domineering side of her lover.

"Upstairs, naked, you, me, now!"

"Okay, Cave Willow." The two girls giggled. Cave Buffy was one of the blonde's alter egos, which usually came out during passionate experiences of the primal kind. Willow growled against her mouth's attack on her wife's neck. "Right. Upstairs, now."

They managed to crash on their beds with most of their clothing already removed. When Buffy was completely naked, and clutching to Willow with utter abandon, the redhead stood up in her underwear clad bottom, and left her panting blonde alone on the bed without warning. When she was in the bathroom, Willow giggled. It took Buffy a moment to get her bearings back from the primal attack.

"HEY!" Buffy jumped off the bed, and bounded into the bathroom. Willow had a wickedly mischievous grin on her face, and the blonde rolled her eyes in amusement.

"Trick!" Once Buffy got over the fact that she was left hanging, she started to giggle with her wife.

"You do realize that you are mean." The pout on her face was more than enough to bring Willow back over to her. Wrapping her arms around her wife, Buffy kissed her softly, making it quite a reversal of their previous primal urges.

"You won't be saying that later."

"Oh, yeah?" When Willow nodded slowly, Buffy continued with the playful teasing. "What will I be saying then?"

"Hmmm..." Willow started to make a slow trail of hot kisses from Buffy's collarbone to the sensitive spot behind her ear as she listed exactly what she imagined would be coming from the blonde's mouth. "After you scream to the goddess, I think my name will be added in there quite a few times..." She started nibbling on the special spot, which earned her a deep, guttural moan, and Buffy's knees to slightly buckle. "...probably at various volumes and speeds. There may be some chanting, and no doubt lots of screaming." Willow pulled her wife closer by grabbing her ass, and clutching tightly, as she began sucking, kissing, nipping, and licking Buffy's sensitive spot with fervor. "Mmm...you taste much better than candy corn."

"Mmm...better than chocolate?" The blonde was kissing Willow wherever her mouth could reach, as she clutched at the red locks on her head, sifting her slim fingers through the mane with her own fevered pitch.

"Hmmm..." Willow paused for a second, and when she got the playful tap from her wife, went back to her previous ministrations with even more passion than before, which just kept adding fuel to the fire. "Definitely better than chocolate."

"Let's go make love to Sarah McLachlan." Buffy giggled when she the redhead shot back to look at her with panic on her face. It was too easy sometimes. "I meant while listening to Sarah. I only plan on making love to you."

"Darn tootin'!!" Buffy pulled the redhead back into the bedroom, and straddled her on the bed. When she was basically in the same position hormone wise as she was earlier, Buffy dismounted, and went over to the stereo. It took Willow a second to get her bearings back in order. "HEY!"

"It's only fair." Buffy moved her head around in a sassy manner, and finished putting the CDs in the player. After pushing play, she made sure the music was playing before she started to crawl on the bed back to Willow. When she was behind the sitting redhead, she wrapped her arms around her neck, pushing her head back to kiss her in an upside down fashion.

All the fear has left me now
I'm not frightened anymore
It's my heart that pounds beneath my flesh
it's my mouth that pushes out this breath
and if I shed a tear I won't cage it
I won't fear love
and if I feel a rage I won't deny it
I won't fear love
Companion to our demons
they will dance, and we will play
With chairs, candles, and cloth
making darkness in the day
It will be easy to look in or out
upstream or down without a thought
and if I shed a tear I won't cage it
I won't fear love
and if I feel a rage I won't deny it
I won't fear love
Peace in the struggle
to find peace
comfort on the way
to comfort
and if I shed a tear I won't cage it
I won't fear love
and if I feel a rage I won't deny it
I won't fear love
I won't fear love
I won't fear love... ("Fumbling Towards Ecstasy" —Sarah)

"Mmm... Buffy." As the final song on the first CD finished, the two girls were a sweaty, sticky mess, and let go of each other, laying side by side panting.

"You're...you're too far away from me." Buffy looked over, and was about to pounce again.

"I'm right here." Willow smiled with her sated eyes.

"You...have to...keep touching me..." Buffy's panting disappeared again, as she rolled back on top of Willow, and kissed her firmly again, letting the moaning and panting mix with the next CD.

You may not be an angel
Cause angels are so few
But until the day that one comes along
I'll string along with you

I looking for an angel
To sing my love song to
And until the day that one comes along
I'll sing my song to you

For every little fault that you have
Say I've got three or four
The human little faults you do have
Just make me love you more

You may not be an angel
But still I'm sure you'll do
So until the day that one comes along
I'll string along with you ("I'll String Along With You" —Diana Krall)

Willow needed to breathe for a second, and stopped their blurry, feverish kissing of moaning and panting, and rolled off of Buffy, laying back on the bed. Needs still aren't filled, so Buffy rolls over on her side, and continues rubbing up and down the redhead's belly.

"Don't stop. Never stop touching me." She pulled Willow's face towards her, and they started kissing again, as the third CD started.

This continued on through the next several CDs. They would part briefly before the need to touch became to strong again, and they just continued making love through the night. When they were finally completely sated, and their bodies couldn't take anymore. Buffy sat up in the bed, and Willow snuggled against her. The two girls giggled lightly, as they sighed deeply, covered in nothing but the red sheet from the bed. The light from the sun was seeping through the windows onto their barely covered bodies, and tousled hair.

"When did morning happen?" Willow snuggled closer, letting her limbs relax from the constant pleasure it gave and received through the night. It'd been a long time since they'd pulled an all nighter.

"After the moon went down." Buffy pulled her closer as Willow giggled, and they started to kiss for a while again. When they stopped, the redhead placed her head on her wife's stomach, as the blonde caressed the pale, soft skin of Willow's shoulders.

"It's getting late." Willow was just stating a fact but had no intentions of moving any time soon, especially since her limbs would protest for sure. Her entire body was still humming in the afterglow.

"Wanna get up?" Buffy's small frown wasn't seen by the redhead but Willow knew it was there from the tone in her voice.

"No!" Her immediate response caused Buffy to laugh. "Oh god, no." She snuggled closer. "This is right where I want to be for the rest of my life."

"You've been taking lessons from sappy Buffy again, haven't you?" The blonde giggled when she felt her wife's body shiver. Apparently, Willow was still high from their hours of lovin'. Truth be told, she was, too.

"Well...she's the best teacher." Willow relaxed further into the snuggle, feeling her entire body still tingly, and her legs still nothing but jelly. Moving was definitely not an option. The current CD was on its last few songs. Thank every deity for 100-disc players! The two just relaxed further under the covers, wrapped into the snuggle with their limbs tangled, and let their still humming bodies take them into a restful early Sunday morning sleep. They needed their rest, since they had a doctor's appointment the next day, and started officially making a family.

Who would sell their soul for love?
Or waste one tear on compromise
Should be easy enough
To know a heartache in disguise
But the heart rules the mind
And the going gets rough
Pride takes the fall
When you find that kind of love

I can't help feeling like a fool
Since I lost that place inside
Where my heart knew its way
And my soul was ever wise
Once innocence was lost
There was not faith enough
Still my heart held on
When it found that kind of love

Though beauty is rare enough
Still we trust
Somehow we'll find it there
With no guarantee
It seems to me
At least it should be fair

But if it's only tears and pain
Isn't it still worth the cost
Like some sweet saving grace
Or a river we must cross
If we don't understand
What this life is made of
We learn the truth
When we find that kind of love
Cause when innocence is lost
There is not faith enough
We learn the truth
When we find that kind of love ("That Kind of Love" —Allison Krauss)

A/N: Just had a need to have some B/W lovin'...lol. Plus, music is great!! The last song by Allison Krauss was actually in the episode 'Entropy' in season 6...at the end when Tara comes to Willow's bedroom door. It's just a beautiful song, and I thought it fit the story perfectly. Am I wrong?
