I couldn't ask for anything else the rest of my life. I have a beautiful wife and two beautiful children. Even though it never happened, I remember doing some of things that Tim and Tara do with Dawn. I've seen her watch them and think she feels the same way. I walked into the house after getting back from slayer/watcher meeting. I hear Tara yell at her brother before I opened the door. When Tara saw me, she stopped running and held her hands up to be picked up.
"Mommy, Tim keeps pulling my hair," she said laying her head on my shoulder.
"Timothy William Rosenberg-Summers, what have I told you about pulling you sister's hair. I swear if you do it again, I'm going to let your sister turn you into a frog," I said kissing my little girls shoulder.
"Buffy! You know I have frog fear. Why can't she turn him into a howler monkey," Willow yelled coming into the room.
I smiled seeing my pregnant wife come in with a bowl of something. I pick up Tim with my other arm and head over to give my wife a kiss. I have to smile to think back at what brought us to this place and realize as pain I went through this makes it all worth it.
