I decide to grab a quick shower before cooking dinner, but since Buffy followed into the bathroom, I know the shower is going to be longer than I expected. I think is becoming Buffy more herself because I explain to her that we needed to get something to eat. After getting dressed in just a pajama top and panties, I kept Buffy busy by turning on the TV. She was so enthralled that she didn't notice me go into the kitchen. I made a frittata, but I knew how much of a carnivore she was so I cooked some bacon and sausage. After dinner, Buffy and I curled up on the couch to watch some TV before going to bed. As I think about this morning, I guess the guys are letting Buffy and I have a little space. I just hope the time apart helps Joyce realize that I didn't do anything to Buffy. I'm trying to watch this documentary on bats, but apparently it doesn't keep Buffy's interest because she is sliding her hand in my top. I turn off the TV and take Buffy's hand to head upstairs. I open the door to my bedroom and notice that Buffy is already naked. She picks me up and carries me over to the bed. At least I know that if this is the last day I have with Buffy, it is going to be worth it.

I wake up the next morning with my face up against Buffy's naked breast. I gave it a kiss as I felt Buffy starting to wake.
"No wonder all my other relationships failed. I was dating the wrong sex," Buffy said waking up.
"Buffy, you're not upset about any of this?" I asked. Buffy kissed me before explaining that she was aware of what was going on, even what happened yesterday morning. She tells me that we will deal with whatever fallout comes about. I gave her a kiss, and we were on our way to making love again when we heard the doorbell ring. I gave her another kiss before grabbing us a robe. We headed downstairs. I laughed when I saw where Buffy had left her clothes from last night. Buffy wrapped her arm around my waist as I opened the front door.
