Runny eggs & Mystery Meat

[reviews]

As soon as they had walked in, Amy and Faith had jumped apart, or really more Amy had jumped away from Faith. "So uhm, ya, about that introduction to singing class, it was alot of -" Amy was cut off suddenly by Buffy.

"Yeah yeah, I saw you, you can cut the bullshit Amy."

"You got a problem with it B?" Faith asked, stepping up in front of Amy as if to defend her from the less than one hundred pound blonde.

"Oh whatever F. You can cut the crap too, you might as well tell them that we know eachother. They're bound to find out anyway. Faith is my sister." Buffy said with a sigh as she sat down.

"Damn B always gotta spoil all the fun dont you?" Faith said as she sat back down next to Amy. Willow just stared back and forth between the blonde and the brunette.

"No way, you guys dont even look alike!" Willow said out loud. "Oops, that was supposed to be in my head."

"Thats cuz B here was adopted." Faith said with a gesture.

"No, thats cuz F and me were both adopted." Buffy said as she sat down on her own bed. It hadnt been easy growing up together with the same last name and yet not being twins, but both girls had managed to cope. Faith was one of the first people to have found out about Jen and Buffy, however she had actually kept her mouth shut on behalf of her light haired girl. Eventually Faith had even talked Buffy and Jen into telling Buffy and Faith's parents, and while it hadnt been a very fun ordeal, it was something that the couple had come out stronger for in the long run. "And dont even try and pull that bullshit on me. You and me both know that I'm gay and that youre gay... so what's the point of looking like such a badass?" Buffy asked.

"You know me B, always gotta put on a show." She said as she leaned over and kissed Amy.

Buffy pulled Willow down on the bed. "I didn't know that youre gay Amy" Willow said from her spot inbetween the blondes legs.

"I didnt know you were either Will." Amy said making the redhead blush.

"It's a uhm, recent admitince?" Willow asked raising her eyebrow as she leaned over and kissed the blonde. All four girls slept peacefully that night, the only disturbance an unoticed strawberry blonde headed guitarist playing peeking tom outside of the window. His breath was heavy, and his eyes were dark. It didnt take long for him to piece the puzzle together and hightail it back to his own cabin.

The next morning woke all four the the sleeping girls with bright light streaming it. "Gah, somebody turn off the lights!" Faith said as she rolled into Amy's shoulder to hide her eyes.

"Hey Faith?" Amy asked once she had woken up.

"Ya?"

"So were you lying when you said your mom moved around alot?" Amy asked, staring intently into Faith's eyes.

"No, that was my biological mom, but I dont really live with her, I just like to pretend like I do sometimes.... Cuz, well, in our family Buffy can pass as Mom and Dad's kid... but people see me as the friend of the family I guess? And I know that if I lived with her then I wouldnt be just a friend with a family, but just a regular family ya know? And sometimes that's all I need." Faith said as she rolled over and pulled on some shoes. "I'm goin for a run, you wanna come along?" Faith asked as she turned back to face Amy.

"Nah, I'll see you in class though, kay?"

"Sure." The raven haired beauty leaned down and kissed the brunette. "Later."

Faith met her sister and her 'girlfriend?' she questioned herself, in the cafeteria sitting at a small table off to the right. She sidled up to the table, resisting the urge to kiss Amy. "Hey, what's for breakfast?"

"Yellow mush with a side of myster meat. Ever wonder why its called "Mystery Meat" ?" Buffy asked as she picked at her food. "Cuz I gotta say, thats not makin me wanna eat it any more than its chewy texture." She picked up her knife and went to cut the meat only to have her efforts be in vain as the knife sawed and sawed without any actual success.

"Yum." Amy said sarcastically as she pushed her plate towards Faith, "Here, you can have mine." Faith took the food under consideration.

"Thanks but I think I'll pass too."

"Okay, so I have Piano lessons in an hour, but after that do you wanna meet up for lunch or something?" Willow asked, obviously picking up the strand of conversation from where it had left off before Faith had sat down.

"Yeah, sure, I have bass class and then music theory but hopefully I'll be out before too long, I think that music theory is supposed to end at eleven." Buffy said with a nod as she stirred her yellow mush around on the plate.

"What are you guys doing for the rest of the day?" Willow asked looking at the other couple.

"Well I was gonna go to Guitar lessons." Faith said with a nod as she picked up a stray piece of toast.

"And like I said yesterday, I have vocal with music theory afterwards." Amy piped up.

"Well, you wanna go for a walk or something then since we both only have one class?" Willow asked Faith. Sure she didnt like the girl, but she liked her sister, and so Willow was more that willing to put forth the effort to get to know the darker sister.

"Uhm, sure, if you want to red." Faith replied with a shrug of her shoulders.

With that settled all four girls left the table and headed in their seperate directions. Thirty seconds after they left the cafeteria, Oz stood up from the table next to them. 'So Willow's leaving me for that bitch?' He thought to himself as he headed out of the door right behind them and planned to wait outside the cabin after class. He would have a chat with Willow. And everything would be fixed again, his girlfriend was straight, not gay, and he'd just have to prove it to her.
