-A couple years later-

Here I am with Mom fussing over Dawn while helping her get ready for her wedding. Yeah, we also trying to keep her calm and somewhat collected. Yeah right, the only other time that I was freaked out besides my wedding was waiting to see if the pregnancy spell worked, but it is kinda funny to see the nervousness from the other side. Then, our nice quiet room was broken up by Willow coming in mid-rant.

"daughter of yours is grinding on my last nerve," was all I caught before she plopped herself down in a huff on one of the chairs.

So I didn't hit Willow with my sarcasm, I turned towards Mom, "Notice that Taylor is mine when she is agrivating Wil."

"Sweetie, it's a mom thing. I used to do the same thing with you. Now go over there and find out what 'your girl' did," Mom giggled giving me a nudge towards my beautiful wife.

I pulled a stool up in front of Wil and placed my hands in her lap, "Let me guess, Taylor isn't thrilled about having to wear her pretty dress, so she is running around the room naked," Willow nodded, "Okay, you stay here with Mom and finish primping our sister while I wrangle myself a naked three year old," giving her a sweet kiss before standing us up and sending her towards Dawn.

"Taylor Christine Rosenberg-Summers," was the only thing I said coming into the room. She froze when she saw me, and I had to fight the urge not to laugh at the sight of my daughter standing in the room only wearing her pink frilly underpants, "You will put on your dress, or you won't be going to Grandma and Grandpa's house."

She pouted the whole time I was putting it on her. I don't get why she has a problem with wearing dresses because Wil and I both like 'em, but then again, her favorite aunt is Faith, so that could be where she picked it up from. I would try to repay the favor with Hope, but I fear mama-bear Tara kicking my ass.

Once I finally got her dressed, I grabbed her basket of rose petals and took us back to Dawnie's room, and Dawn looked gorgeous as we walked in. I sat Taylor down, so she could hang out with grandma as I walked over to Willow and gave her a kiss, "See, I have the magic touch as well," which caused Wil to roll her eyes, "Okay, I threatened not to let her go to Grandma and Grandpa's house."

I sat in Wil's lap while Taylor enraptured Mom and Dawn with one of her stories while we waited for Dad. Dawn stopped calling him Giles shortly after finding out he and Mom were married while I stopped shortly after Taylor was born. I think it is the only time I have ever seen him cry. Wil was doing a little hand exploration when a knock on the door scared the crap out of her.

While Tara and I waited at the altar with Vi and Rona, I looked out over the small crowd that is my family. Then, I consentrated on the front row where Willow and Faith were fussing over Hope, and Anya and Xander were doing the same with their daughter Jessie. Tara must have been watching my eyes because she leaned down into my ear, "I want to thank you Buffy. When we first met, I was just trying to get through school, and then this sassy blond Slayer comes into my life and gives me the thing I had been looking for since my mom died. Family."

The rest of the ceremony played out like a movie. Taylor came down the aisle tossing rose petals as she walked before going to sit with Wil. Then, Daniel, looking all handsome, came down with the ring pillow and stood in front of Tara and I. And watching Dad bring Dawn down the aisle took me back to when he did it for me because I could tell he was talking to her, and I can only assume it was the same calming words he had said to me.

The girls stuck with traditional vows, and when Faith teased them about not being original, they blasted her with 'at least we're getting married'. I think that was the only time I have ever seen Faith speechless. When the Kennedy kissed Dawn, Daniel turned around and hid his face in my dress which got him a laugh from the crowd, and Kennedy and Dawn joined in when they saw him. Not surprising, the ONLY kisses he likes are the ones from his little sister.

On the way to the reception, Faith handed me Hope before taking off with Tara. It still surprises me on how much she thinks about sex. I was going to wait at least until the dancing started to have a quickie, but Faith has always been the hornier one, so Taylor helped me take care of her 'cousin' while Willow and Daniel were over with Anya, Jessie, and Xander.

After dancing with Dawn, Mom, and Dad, I was ready for a break when Tara swooped in. I hadn't a clue to the urgency until I took her hand and felt 'it'. Oh my goddess, Ruth Faith Lehane is getting married. The only catch, I wasn't allowed to tell a soul until after the reception because Faith didn't want to upstage. Upon finishing my dance with Tara, I told her to keep an eye on my kids while I distracted myself for a while.

-Okay kiddies, that is the end. I hope you enjoyed the ride and thank you to all the people who reviewed.- z.
