My take is.
1) Tara is demonic/exdemonic
2) Is protecting a demon
3) Does not want to bolsters Willow's Self-Esteem too much.


I also Saw what might be some foreshadowing.
Willow was in the bed AWAY from Buffy.
Can this be a hint of more Buffy/Willow separation.
