It really depends on what she is charged with--can anyone in CA help out
here?

In NC:

Murder 1 is death to life.
Murder 2 is 25 to life.
Man 1 is 10 to 25
man 2 is 5 to 15
Man 3 is 15 months to 5 years.

All spent in a "real" prison.
