Chapter 5
After nearly an hour the door to the bedroom finally opened revealing two very flushed and blushing girls.
"Hi Faith," Buffy said trying act nonchalant but failing miserably. Xander's face erupted in a massive smirk seeing his two best friends together was great not to mention the fact that he got to add a new file to his fantasy cabinet.
"So anything happen between you too?" Xander asked amused as to how they would answer him.
"Well um... Buffy how about you explain," Willow said putting the weight on Buffy.
{Willow this is not helping much.}
{Well then you just tell them.}
{Willow... oh fine.}
"Xander I think the best way to do this is to just come out. Willow and I are kinda together," she crossed her middle finger over the pointer finger hoping he got the hint.
"She means that they're orgasm buddies," said Anya coming into the room from the kitchen. The occupants of the room (except for Anya) opened their mouth's wide amazed once again by Anya's bluntness, "Well they are," she added in her defense.
After a moment of silence Faith walked over to the new pair and gave them a hug, "congratulations, and if I might add took you long enough."
Xander walked over and repeated Faith's actions. Giles came in furiously cleaning his glasses but managed to get out a congratulations of his own. Dawn and a small group of the SITs came in and right when they opened the door they noticed the new pairs closeness until.
"Wait Buffys here and she's with Willow when, how, and most of all why?" Dawn got out.
It took Willow and Buffy a moment to realize that they hadn't told Dawn she was here, "Sorry Dawn kinda late now but I'm back."
Buffy let out a breath she didn't know she had been holding when Dawn came over and gave her and Willow a big hug, "Thanks Dawn you have no idea how much this means to your sister and I."
The next day went by like it had before but with a few extra details. Giles checked out what Buffy could do, and Dawn didn't cry about going to school for once. By the end of the day we saw that Buffy had gotten a couple extra things like the ability to actually do magic without things going boom, and also that her strength and speed stuff like that actually had gotten better.
Buffy and Willow went to the Bronze the next night before patrol.
"So Buffy wanna dance?" Willow asked.
Buffy's eyes sparkled at the thought of dancing with the redhead that she realized was the center of her universe, "Of course I can't deny you anything I love you to much." Willow froze at this. They hadn't said I love you to each other so she was suprised but also immensely happy the blond had said it first, "Wills you okay?"
"Oh Buffy I'm more than okay, I love you to," Willow grabbed the blond in a hug and kissed her not caring that it was a public place. A few people were looking at the two with disgust but many of the men were looking at them with arousal. There was one face in the back of the club that looked on them mostly Buffy with pure hatred on his face.
"Soon pet you will be mine again," the man said stomping out his cigarette and walking out of the club his leather jacket flying behind him. Buffy and Willow had never noticed the man in the back and had moved out to the dance floor.
"Morning," Buffy said sleepily grabbing a bagel and spreading cream on it.
"Back at you," Xander said looking at Buffy who was now pouring a glass of orange juice, "Buffy I think we need to talk."
"Oh so what do you want to know," Buffy said trying to keep a calm and steady voice.
"I just want to know that you wont hurt Willow I mean I do have a pretty good reason not to trust you because you punched me. Can I say ouch. But I just need to know that you won't break Willow's heart because after Tara its still kinda achy," Xander finished staring at Buffy to see her reaction.
What Xander didn't know is that he brought up a subject that was the main conflict in Buffy. Tara. She still didn't know if Willow was only using her as a substitute or if she truly cared. Another one was that Willow may leave her if she wasn't as good as Tara was so she answered the one way she new would leave it up to Willow, "I won't but I don't know that she won't."
Xander looked at her with a confused look on his face, "Um apart from the fact that I have no idea what you just meant, I ask what the hell did you just say?"
Buffy looked at Xander once before walking out the door and into the bathroom. Xander sighed when he heard the shower turn on and asked to no one in particular, "Will I ever fully understand women, in specific those two?"
