Something Pink

my new bed

[reviews]

Once Willow and I had our fill, we ended up on the couch to watch a little TV before going back to bed. I let Willow use me as a pillow while we watched an episode of Mythbusters. I grabbed the blanket from off the back of the couch and covered us up in case Willow got cold.

About halfway through, I looked down and noticed that Willow had fallen asleep. I grabbed one of Mom's throw pillows and laid my head on it. I figured as long as Willow is comfortable, we'll sleep down here. I made it until the end of the show before I turned off the TV and fell asleep myself.

I woke up to the smell of food. When I opened my eyes, I saw that Dawn was watching us. I stuck my tongue out at her since I was in a playful mood. She returned with hers, but held up the camera meaning she got a picture of us sleeping. Then, I heard someone coming down the steps and saw that it was Tara.

Tara popped her head in and smiled at me as Dawn got up and followed her into the kitchen. Well, I guess that means Faith slept at the mansion with everyone else going home. That should make things a little easier on Willow only having to deal with Tara and Dawn this morning.

I tucked a piece of Willow's hair behind her ear that had fallen in her face. She made a purring noise as I touched her cheek. I felt her start to stir as I squeezed her a little tighter. I let out a giggle when I heard her mumble that I was more comfortable than her bed.

Willow tilted her head up and smiled at me. This must be one of her good mornings since the smell of food isn't making head for the bathroom. I should search the web later to see what I can do to help her through this. She climbed off me and folded the blanket before offering me her hand as we headed off to the kitchen.

I had Willow take her seat as Mom handed me both plates. I sat Willow's plate in front of her as I took my seat beside her. I looked across the table at Dawn just staring at her plate while Tara looked like she was trying to figure out what to say.

"Willow, I want to apologize for making you uncomfortable last night, and if you will let me, I will help you in any way I can," Tara said as Dawn chimed in with a me too. Willow thanked them both as we continued to eat.

Tara and Dawn volunteered to do the dishes while Willow grabbed my hand and took me outside while Mom ended up starting the laundry. Willow sat across from me on the deck, but the look on her face was starting to scare me a little since she wasn't saying anything. I just hope she knows that I love her even though I know she'll never return my feelings.

"Buffy, I'm going to ask you a question that I need you to give me a completely honest answer to. This pregnancy has thrown me for a loop, and I'm probably going to have to depend on all my friends through this. I know the feelings you have for me, but my question for you is, what are you willing to do for me and my baby?" Willow asked as I looked directly into her eyes.

"Willow if you want my honest truth, here it goes. I fell in love with you the first time I saw you at that drinking fountain, and when you found out I was a lesbian on top of being the Slayer, you stuck by me. As much as I would love nothing more than growing old with you and help raise your baby, I will be by your side for however long you want me," I said smiling trying to keep myself from crying.

What happened next I never saw coming. Willow placed her hand on the back of my neck and brought her lips to mine. I pulled her in my lap as we continued to make out. I pulled away only to catch my breath before Willow started kissing down my neck. I know I have to slow this down and find out what is going on.

~see Buffy and Willow kissage, all you needed was a little patience, grasshopper. z~
